Consultancy trip planned to deliver workshops on ICT and GIS in rural development in Central and Northern China. This trip will visit four locations in China on behalf of the EU-China Information Society project. The final stop will be in Chengdu, Sichuan province, the area hit by the earthquake in May 2008.
